  • I’m SO STOKED for this new yoga studio! I took a class this morning and felt amazing afterwards. I’ve known for a long time that I need to practice more yoga but I’m generally not a fan. This studio is only 2 blocks from my house so I figured I had to give it a shot. I can’t believe how much I enjoyed myself!!! I’ll be coming back very regularly.

  • Dropped in for a midday 60min vinyasa class and was so pleasantly surprised by how professional and attentive the instructor was. She was so intentional with every breath / move and I was able to really learn so much. It is also a small studio so it felt almost like a semi-private class which I really loved and appreciated. Definitely recommend it to those who are trying to practice yoga. Can't wait to come back here again!
